Broadstone Sora

Uptown is a vibrant area to live in, especially with dogs. Broadstone Sora is perfectly placed in the heart of historic Uptown, while maintaining a modernness to it. I’m sad to be leaving, but grateful to have called Broadstone Sora home for the past three years. I lived here when management changed to RPM Living and I saw how quickly they went into action. The new management was handed a lot of backlogged items that had been put off or ignored by previous management, and I think they did a great job at taking that on and tackling it. We’ve had our fair share of hiccups at this apartment, with nearby construction, but our property team has always worked quickly to remediate anything and everything. Reposting from my RPM review. I currently live in a flooded apartment from the Broadstone Sora. It’s been a month since it happened and they refuse to let us out of our lease peacefully. This is a direct decision from RPM’s upper management. We have no blinds and anyone can see directly into our apartment into every room because they had to take all the walls down. We had to hang up curtains with chip clips in our bedroom just to get a small sense of security. I do not recommend living here or working with RPM since they do not care about humans and just want to take our money while asking us to live in a unit with no floors or walls. There is a hole in our bathroom from the removal of the baseboards that goes directly into the stairwell. They do not see us as people and I would recommend

Posting specifically to share our continually positive experience with the maintenance crew at Broadstone Sora. Ramon and his maintenance team are highly responsive and always make sure our needs are addressed quickly and with a smile. There are certainly many positives (centrally located area, well maintained amenities including an excellent in-building gym, friendly and responsive staff) and challenges (elevators that break often, questionable wifi service) to the building, but you can trust that the maintenance will be stellar if you choose to live here.

I had a wonderful stay at Broadstone Sora while visiting family in Dallas and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I stayed in the guest suite, which was incredibly spacious. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full dining room, a dedicated office space, and a large outdoor patio. The suite was clean, modern, and extremely comfortable, truly feeling like a home away from home. I also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like snacks and beverages provided in the fridge, and the entire space smelled amazing, which immediately made it feel welcoming and relaxing. The community itself is beautiful, quiet, and very welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Broadstone Sora is a hidden gem in Uptown. Great location, amenities, units and the staff is wonderful! The manager Christy is fantastic and responsive to any needs of the property or residents. She goes out of her way to plan events to keep a fun and positive energy week in and week out. Maintance staff Fernando and Ramon are awesome, quick to respond to any requests and always very kind and inviting. Easy place to walk anywhere for food, drinks or even hit the Katy trail. Highly recommend!
