Broadstone Ranch at Wolf Pen Creek

This apartment is a nightmare and I strongly warn anyone considering moving here: do not sign a lease. The living conditions are appalling — the units are infested with cockroaches, fruit flies, and even geckos. It is impossible to keep the place clean, no matter what you do. Management has reportedly called people to remove hundreds of dead pests, yet nothing has improved. The worst part is the management team. They are dismissive, unprofessional, and respond at a shockingly slow pace — if they bother to respond at all. Resident concerns are ignored, and maintenance requests go unresolved for weeks. PREJUDICE... We got an attorney involved. My son’s were accused of a noise complaint that was finally resolved after showing hotel receipts that they were out of town. Even then, the manager (Jane) never apologized for not investigating the allegation or getting both sides of the story before making a decision to send them an eviction notice. Living here was a constant battle- Neither of my sons were ever told about a paid gym membership through the complex but one eventually received a call from the gym threatening to file non payment on his “credit report” which was another ordeal to straighten out. Charisma was amazing! We had to deal with crazy internet people and she was so very patient. She walked me through the entire process and didn't stop until it was finished even after hours! She is awesome!

Searched for ages to find a good place in town. This is the nicest complex in college station. Design and finishes inside are nicer than the hundreds of places we visited in town. Glad we ended up here!

I went in today to find a apartment, Not only was I met with exceptional service from Hayden. But, the Property was breathtaking. Cant wait to move in!
