As a newcomer to this area, I was initially overwhelmed by the cultural and language differences. However, Daniela at the leasing office has been incredibly patient and helpful, answering all my questions and making my transition so much smoother. The apartment itself is very clean and well-maintained. Also, a big shout-out to the maintenance team—especially Jack, who is professional and handles requests with great care. Highly recommend this place!

Daniela did an amazing job at getting me prepared and helping me with getting my first apartment! Apartment itself was very clean, no bugs! Staff is incredibly friendly and easy to get a hold of. I would recommend this place.

I’ve had a great experience living here at Broadstone on Medical, The front office staff is always kind and helpful, and the pricing is very reasonable. Any time I’ve needed a repair, the maintenance team has been quick, responsive, and thorough and they always get the job done right. I’m really grateful for how well everything is taken care of here :)

I had trouble since day 1 of moving there and the last day of being there as well. I should have done a better job at document all that was wrong with the apartment since I moved in. The sink in the kitchen was chipped at move in and I am now being charged for it. I should have checked the oven the first day since I am now being charged a cleaning fee. The oven was dirty but I didn’t use the oven the first couple of months and didn’t know. The kitchen drawers were sticky and I had to put aluminum foil down cause I didn’t feel comfortable putting my utensils in there. The bath tub looked like it was just painted over when I moved in and the paint chipped within the first month of being there and now I’m being charged a “strip and resurface” fee.
