Big thank you to the night security Rick for always being very friendly and always keeping an eye out on things. He arranged with maintenance to have my light fixture fixed before I had a chance to submit the request. Thank you also to Marilyn in the offices who was of great help when I needed help retrieving a package.

Since I moved here in February. I love the atmosphere here nice and comfortable. The front office is very friendly and helpful on any subject. The maintenance team be on it . Love they way they come and get the job done . Love the pool area. The pool is heat the jacuzzi hot and relaxing. The gym area is nice and multiple this to work out on . I highly recommend if your looking for a place to come home differently move here

My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year and half. We are greatly impressed with the staff who work here and the property. The front office ladies are always kind, prompt, and willing to help. You can tell they take pride in keeping the community nice and ensuring their residents are taken care of well and quickly. Maintenance has always been communicative, efficient, and goes above and beyond. They always wave and are incredibly friendly. Ron, is an incredible asset to their team and it is a pleasure everytime he responds to a maintenance request. He always has a great attitude. We had a situation where we left our key card in the gym at 5am and Ron answered our call immediately to the after hours line. He was at the gym less than 10 minutes later to help us out with a wonderful atti

Having resided here for seven years, I must express my fondness for this location. The safety and beauty of the apartments are truly appreciated. Furthermore, the office staff, Fresha and Marlyland, are exceptional, and the maintenance crew is also outstanding. Any maintenance requests are promptly addressed without hesitation. Also, the swimming pool and amenities are well taken care of. Don't take it from me; come on in and see for yourself—you will absolutely fall in love. No place like home.

First of all i would like to thank broadstone for letting us stay here for a half a year. Coming next year I'll be leaving but to find another broadstone in San Antonio. I would like to still be here and stay in my home i love it here. It's been very quite and peaceful no homeless, and we're finally secured. The whole office team has been great. Missing Ms Morgan please come back. Jamie i like her don't get another manager , I think she's capable of handling 2 jobs.. Ron great guy does so much work it's been a pleasure knowing you . Your going to be missed. Rashad , Gabe, Jose, all great guys keep up the work.
