Broadstone Craft Apartments

I just had to share how great my experience has been with two awesome people in our apartment complex! Dhianny Melo, the community manager, is super friendly. I really enjoyed my tour with her and immediately wanted to come back and lease. And then there's Ashad Lindsay, who has a real gift for making everyone feel welcome. I trust my instincts, and I know I won’t be wasting my time here.

I love living at Broadstone Craft, just resigned my 3rd lease and would recommend it to anyone. The location is perfect with lots do to within walking distance. The staff is always very friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. The apartment finishes are beautiful and very elevated. 10/10 recommend.

I have lived in Charlotte for almost 10 years and this moving experience was by far the best I’ve ever had. Xavier knew what I needed out of an apartment before I even saw my future home in person. The entire team made Moving into a new dwelling occur with as much ease as imaginable, especially having to move during both an ice storm and a snow storm. Ally, Cam, & Xavier Are a dream team when it comes to leasing Agents & Managers. 10 out of 10 for anybody looking to move In the Charlotte area.

Melissa has been absolutely phenomenal in helping me with my move-in at Broadstone Craft. I was in a rush, and she went above and beyond to make sure her part is taken care of quickly and smoothly. Thanks to her, my move-in process was fast, easy, and stress-free. She’s professional, kind, and truly cares about residents.

I lived here for a year and there were good and bad things about this apartment. The good: the location is close to restaurants and breweries, the maintenance guys were really nice, and Nichole S. in the office was so helpful through the leasing process. The bad: some of the office staff were really unfriendly, I did not feel safe walking in the area (I realize this is not related to the building management, but worth mentioning), the walls are extremely thin (my neighbors were never loud, but I could clearly hear their conversations), the parking garage is extremely small and corners are tight, a lot of people don't pick up after their pets, and residents had an issue with leaving personal trash everywhere (which management did send out emails about). Ultimately, I was happy to move out.
