Brixworth at Bridge Street

At first, working with Wade was great. However every other aspect of living here has been awful. The other people in the office do not even pretend to want to be helpful. Our apartment wasn't even available for move-in when our lease began. Then when we were moving in they had to be reminded to take their washer and dryer out, which we brought up several times during the lease signing. When they did remove them, we found what was making the entire apartment stink, puddles of what we believe was cat urine underneath the machines. We had to clean that of course. I had to visit the office multiple times to get added to the system to have access to the pool. Nothing in the unit works as it should. The refrigerator barely keeps things cool, even after replacing the seal that wouldn't keep shut.

Absolutely love it here! I live in a one bedroom one bath, with tons of space! It’s a great location, right by Bridgestreet and near university. Perfect location, it’s right in the center of a lot attractions Huntsville has to offers. The staff has been great help with anything and everything! Great amenities starting with the pool, grills and the park! They recently added a new area that I enjoy the most , the hammocks, which is a great addition! Quiet area and great people. All around, Amy and Mindy are so helpful and have done an exceptional job of making sure that I am comfortable and happy! They look out for everyone, even the pets! Would recommend staying here 100%!! Don’t hesitate to reach out to them and tour the place. They offer a lot more than just a great place to stay!

Horrible. All this place cares about is what makes them the most money and what is most convenient for them. Moved me in to an apartment where the ceiling was literally caving in on itself. The management are liars and slimey. Lied to my face that I would receive my deposit back and even had the audacity to have me write down my new address, after they had me sign away my deposit by obscuring half the document and printing my name in for me, stating they needed the document signed asap and went over zero of the fine print. Not only this, but had zero plans of telling me until I called asking for an expected date of my deposit back to which they replied I would not be getting one. This is a needle in the haystack with just how bad this place really is. Let my expensive lesson be one for you

Worst apartment complex in the Huntsville area. Management is a complete joke. Called health department and management company. The cigarettes and marijuana smell has made me sick for months. My sons allergies are over the top with mold in apartments. Thank goodness we are out of here in just a few days Only gets better with these folks in the office. Finally got out of this rat infested hell hole check out the videos if the huge rats! They sent us our final bill which I think they should pay everyone to live in this deplorable place. My husband tried three times to go by the office to pay our bill in full but guess what the office was closed all times during times they should should be open. So he then sends cashier check certified it yo the corporate office. Today almost two weeks later

My move in process was top tier!!! Mindy and April are great!!! They were knowledgeable, accommodating, and helpful. Very very satisfied!!!
