Brittany Crossing Apartments

The on-sight managers are amazing! They care about their job, they are always maintaining the grounds, they make sure to watch whose coming and going. You feel safe living here and if you need anything you can always connect with Alison. Chris is great too and they work very well as a team! My apartment was freshly maintained, everything worked, I was able to move in in the middle of the month and everything was prorated perfectly. It was such a a smooth transition I really can't express how amazing Alison does at moving in tenants. Alison and Chris both work really hard to keep Brittany Crossing safe, clean and somewhere to call home. Highly recommend!

My wife and I recently lived at Brittany Crossing for a year, and it was a great place to live. The managers are great, friendly and responsive. We only had one or two maintenance requests when we lived there but they were always on top of the ball. The grounds are nice and well kept. The unit, at least the three bedroom we were renting, it very nice and spacious. Unfortunately we were moving from Salem or else we would have stayed longer than a year. But I’d highly recommend this complex.

Disgusting, when you drive in this place you have to drive through a gauntlet of smokers that are supposed to be off the property but think the end of the driveway is, but it's not. They're still on the property and they stand and stare whether you're coming or going. The manager and her husband seem to be there constantly. If you want to live in place that makes even guests uncomfortable this is the spot for you. Update: they have a large feral cat problem living under the unscreaned vent of at least one of their buildings. They defecate under the building and keep breeding. Management does nothing.

I have only been here a few months and the people are friendly management is amazingly on top of thing and it’s in a great location.

Great value! Peaceful neighborhood centrally located. Jonni and Justin are super helpful and always respond quickly. The property is kept clean and there have been no issues with noise or disturbances.
