Bristol Hills Apartments

I've been here for 13 years as of tomorrow and there have been several owners. We used to allow personal grills, but then something something fire hazard, so there are communal grills over by the pool.. Speaking of the pool I don't think it exists anymore, was also pretty small. I don't think pets are allowed anymore, dogs definitely are not. I've enjoyed my time here, staff is nice, I know one of them by name because they have worked here, about as long as I've lived here. Never really had a complaint, other than google maps doesn't like this place lol TLDR: i've been here a LONG time and its a place to live - Staff is very understanding and nice

This happened to be my first apartment in which the process of choosing one had me nervous. I have been there for 3 years. I am satisfied to say that this place was a good property to choose. My 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious. I like the fact that the master bedroom came with walk-in closet. I liked that the bathroom came with dual sinks and was also spacious. I have felt safe at this apartment complex and thankfully have not had or heard of any problems thanks to the area being a safe one. I was glad to experience they had office staff that you were actually able to call and had good attitudes about helping residents. DO NOT RENT HERE! They took my entire deposit over a couple burn holes in the carpet. They said the whole apartment needed to be replaced... thats complete BS... they are crooks!

Denied for credit not for the score but for the history. The problem is people pay $60.00 per adult for an application fee. The most expensive business app is about $25.00 per year for unlimited screenings so if they accept 100 applications in a week that's $6,000 per week unchecked. Absolutely 100% a scam. Time to get HUD involved...

I've been here two years. I really enjoy my apartment and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place for a nice place to live
