Fountain West Apartments

I love staying here at Fountain West! The property manager Michelle is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and committed to providing the residents here with the best quality of living. My AC in my unit went out during the hottest week of June and she replaced quickly so I can be cool. If you are looking for a new place to stay, you are looking in the right place.

Great location close to a lot of great areas. Some stuff could use some updating but they have been working through the upgrades. A big reason I love it here is because of management. If I ever have a problem, big or small, Michelle is on it and reaching out immediately and then checking in right after it’s resolved. Affordable apartment, good area, great management

I lived here for 6 1/2 years. Terrible management and has been condemned because the managers wouldn't resolve the building issues. Garbage stays all over the place. Mushrooms would grow inside my neighbors apartment. Mold, roaches, and even drug addicts. Definitely not a place for children and not a place for anyone else. The last time I lived here the landlord was stealing everyone's money instead of actually paying the bills.

Just renewed my lease, this place has improved so much over the last 10 years. (Old friend used to live here). This includes housing and people. Maintenance needs are met within a timely manner as well as any emails. Rent did go up, but still affordable for me. Shared laundry facility is not an issue.
