If you are looking for an apartment to rent please dont rent here. The manager Katiuska Gil always goes in favor with the tenants that causes problems. My family and I have been suffering for YEARS with noisy upstairs neighbors that has made our nights impossible to fall asleep because of their ongoing activities the upstairs neighbors does during the night. The manager Katiuska Gil is useless and does not do her job instead she likes to blackmail people in kicking them out when we complain about our problems we are having with our neighbors. Please do not rent here.

I wanted to share my experience while looking for information about the apartments. The office staff, Katiuska, Humberto, and Litzi, were incredibly friendly and welcoming! The apartments themselves are really nice, and I’m looking forward to the possibility of living there soon.

My father apartment keeps flooding over the years and they just patch it up instead of fixing the root of the problem. Now again today for the 7th-12th time it has flooded probably the worst it has over the years, the ppl that lived upstairs have moved so it’s no excuse as to why they can’t fix the problem. I will be contacting Housing authority, the news, the mayor I’m tired of my father having to wake up to a flooded apartments because these ppl keep being lazy!!!!!!! Take his rent money but won’t fix problems in the apartment, we will also be getting a lawyer he’s been without a working stove for over 6 months and they keep saying their waiting on getting a stove EVERYTIME it’s a excuse but this time was the last straw! This is for the 614 Longfellow apartments

Well don't believe what their website says. I called and asked about pricing and she told me a different then what was on their own website. The website says utilities included and when I asked about that she said they weren't. So make sure to call and don't trust what is on their site.
