Brightside at Jefferson

We’ve been living in Brightside at Jefferson for five months now, and it’s a wonderful place! The neighborhood is peaceful and great for families. Plus, the staff has been super quick and helpful with any maintenance problems that pop up. I’d definitely suggest it as a great place to call home.

I have been here for a few months now and have to say how much my kids and I have enjoyed it! Chrissy was super helpful and so sweet! My home is beautiful and the staff has gone above and beyond for me when I was having some issues moving in. And I love my neighbors :)

I’m going to have to remove my 5 star review after actually living here. First off…you can NEVER get ahold of anyone. I have two main numbers, no one ever answers. ((Screenshot included)). Due to this its cost me 2 houses falling through due to lack of rental history. ((They never emailed the properties back.)) 2nd the townhouses have been made cheaply. Shutters ((glued on)) have fallen off multiple properties. They only painted the insides with primer paint, work orders go unanswered for months. Items have not been included, half of the electric in our “newly built unit” didn’t work. We had to call an electrician. The rent is 2000+ for paperstick materials. The appliances ((you will pay monthly for those)) do not work at all. The property is infested with dogs that constantly roam the

Do not rent from this place! We have already moved out, and our security deposit check has bounced twice because the company had insufficient funds in their account. It’s been impossible to get in contact with anyone from the leasing office — no one answers the phone, and no one returns calls or messages. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere!

Been trying to get a real life human being on the phone to talk about renting a unit. It's been extremely frustrating as the only contact I've had is with Edith the AI bot. This makes me and my girlfriend extremely concerned that when something does need attention at the property, it won't get addressed. The homes and neighborhood is really really nice and we'd love to move in here, but we've called and called and asked the AI bot to get someone in touch with us and nothing. This is the only negative we have and really should be addressed by the owners of the property.
