I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the new maintenance supervisor. He has been superb— respectful, professional, and attentive. His customer service is exceptional. After submitting my service request, he responded promptly and resolved the issue in a timely manner. I truly appreciate his efficiency and professionalism, and I look forward to the positive changes ahead for the Bridlewood community.

I wish I could find this property 0 stars. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here as they will do whatever to get you in and then refuse to fix anything. We stayed at this property for a whole week before they finally came to “fix” our air. Then it only worked for 1 week before going out again. We had to put in several work orders for them to fix anything. The dishwasher didn’t work, the dryer came on but didn’t get hot, the washer sounded like it was going to spontaneously combust and that’s just to name a few. Finally, after about a month I was over it and decided I couldn’t take it anymore. Upon notifying them of my intent to leave they miraculously started trying to fix things. It was too late at that point. The ok day told me I would have to pay 1 mo rent to break the lease, cool. But

I wish I could give zero stars. In all my years of renting this place was the worst experience I’ve ever had! I was in a pinch to find a place quickly and my credit score wasn’t the best. Upon first touring it seemed nice and staff came across as friendly but that quickly changed. For some reason the original unit I was supposed to have changed so I settled for another one. On move in day once I looked at the unit it was NOT in suitable condition to be rented to anyone. There were water damage spots on the ceiling, a dead roach on the floor, broken cabinets, the storage closet in the patio looked like someone tried to break into it, and the window had no screen and didn’t lock. I’ve been living here for a few weeks now I love it, I had some hiccups during The moving process I was told I would schedule to move in on a specific day that that was changed without me knowing otherwise from that it’s a Good Pl.,. Tiffany is really nice and professional. Very timely with work orders. Very nice place. I would recommend.

Tiffany is amazing and very helpful! She always has a smile and eager to help with grace. Please don't hesitate to vist here. It's a wonderful place to live and the staff is respectful.
