Bridgeway Apartments II

I've been here 3 years now, my experience here is very great. Maintenance and staff our always helpful, the complex is quiet, there are police on the property so its a safe place to live cus provide you they're emergency contacts, cant say anything wrong with bridgeway apartments. The rent is fair. And the rooms in the apartments are very big. Comfortable to live at

My husband and I have been living in Bridgeway II for over 3 years and we just recently renewed our lease! All of our accommodations are always met! The business office personnel are great with every request and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues! We’re very grateful, comfortable and satisfied with being a part of the Bridgeway community!!

Bridgeway Apartments gave my family a home again which was something we thought was going to be impossible. Hurricane Ida completely destroyed our house & literally EVERYTHING we owned. My family never thought we would feel at home ever again. But living here has made us realize that this is where we were meant to be. The staff is incredible! Every single person that works here makes you feel like you matter and you are important to the community. And the timeliness in which concerns are addressed is astonishing!! We are truly blessed to live here. It is quiet, safe, family friendly, and beautiful 😍

People are always SMOKING in the laundry room. Cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, I've seen it all. Aside from that, there are zero on-campus police or security patrol. When things go wrong here, I think we just have to deal with it or call 911. I have lived here a year and one month and the call center out of town handles all phone calls. Very difficult to address issues outside office hours. I need to get outta here.

Office staff does well. Only drawback is that there isn't any way to actually reach the office besides physically going there, the new phone system doesn't allow for direct connection. Maintenance staff is quick and efficient. There is frequent police activity and of course some domestic issues but if you mind your business, you'll be fine! There seems to have been a change in management but I don't see that it has altered much of the living experience.
