Bridgewater Crossing Apartments

I’ve lived here for almost a year, in a one bedroom apartment. The price is great, given the recently renovated kitchen and floors and dishwasher. The main highlight I want to address in this review is the property manager, JadaRae. She’s incredible, she addresses your concerns IMMEDIATELY and genuinely cares about your experience while living on this property, and remembers who you are. Parking permits are much less expensive than most near this area. Also, you can definitely just do street parking around here. Only time it might be annoying is on a Friday or Saturday night, you might have to park a half a block down. Super pet friendly apartment complex as she allows dogs in common spaces like the gym and there’s doggy waste bags in several areas around the buildings.

Looking for apartments is a stressful thing but, the office Manager made my experience of finding a new home great. JadaRae showed me a beautiful apartment that had everything I needed. The price was low compare to all the other properties I visited which makes living there a better experience.

I have been living here for a year now and although there are notices posted there still is really loud music being played from multiple neighbors disturbing the peace, Marijuana and cigarette odor throughout the hallways and the only thing done about it is sending out mass texts or emails instead of locating the actual source of disturbance and taking action. No complaints are really taken seriously especially with the loud music you will just be denied of showing proof (video etc) just to be told to call the police when it happens. I only gave two stars because the complex remains rather clean and maintained but thats just about it this complex is well maintained CHAOS and the property manager is rarely ever in the office here.

My car was broken into while parked in front of my own building. I parked in the lot of the complex and got towed for $320 because I “didn’t have a permit” despite paying already outrageous utilities that somehow doesn’t cover the ability to park at my own apartment. I don’t think I have anything positive to say besides the rent is cheap-ish Update: they are increasing the rent despite no improvements to the buildings and a semi constant stream of police getting called here for gun shots, domestic violence, etc

I lived at this property from Feb 2019 to March 2020 Pros: +apartments are fairly priced and in a convenient location +I had no issues with general move out or receiving my security deposit back Cons: +Management is NOT prompt with maintenance issues in the building entirely or in individual units. Lots of frequent plumbing issues from leaking water from the apartment above, hot water not available in units (3x to be exact in 2020), also our last month living in the unit the sewer had completed backed up. +Building doors are not secure. Management places blame on tenants “leaving the door propped open” when in reality their doors do not fully clatch when you are coming in or going which causes many interesting people that don’t live in the building to be wandering the hallways at time
