Bridgewater Apartments

Currently a resident for about a month already and I'm so happy I decided to call this place my new home! Its quiet and safe and I just love the whole vibe here. I was really excited when I got the keys to my unit. Lupita answered all my questions and made my move in process sooo easy and stress free. Thank you so much for all your help! Also, one of my favorite things is the HEB right next to the complex who wouldn't love that

The staff are wonderful especially Lupe, she is AMAZING she’ll go over everything that you don’t understand. Lupe will help you find different options to help you get an apartment that is affordable and spacious for your family. The maintenance crew do work in a timely manner and care about there work. If you are looking for a new place to live Bridgewater Apartments is your new home! You will love it here!

I am a new resident and Lupe was so patient showing me how to work the resident portal as I do not really know how to work my phone. Customer service from the staff is exceptional!! If you are looking for a new apartment this is the place for you and your family.

My family have been residing at Bridgewater Apartments since May of last year and we absolutely love these apartments, great community very clean always having holiday party’s and community give away for both kids and adults and great office staff , Lupe is always very helpful whenever she can be also maintenance comes promptly any time I’ve ever needed anything fixed inside my home. We definitely plan on staying here a while .

I had the opportunity to tour Bridgewater apartments, although I’m still trying to decide where I want to call home, Bridgewater is at the top of my list. The front office felt very welcoming & I really liked the nice little coffee bar they had. It’s the small touches that mean a lot sometimes. The pool area looked comfy with all the chairs they had to lay out in. Too bad it’s about to start getting cold. But definitely a selling point & something to look forward to next summer for. Overall the property was well kept, clean, and the front office staff was very welcoming and professional. I still have a couple places left to tour, but thought I’d help spread the word about how impressed I am with Bridgewater. Keep up the great work !
