Bridges on Tropicana Apartments

Quiet community can’t complain I never had any issues maintenance staff is quick although if there’s something out of their hands (like my entire shower paint being torn off and the bathtub they will put you in an eternal waitlist been waiting for 2 years lol) A little pricey tho and be careful and always make sure when renting some units have washer and dryer outside in the balcony if that’s not an issue for you good! It was annoying to me overall happy with my staying since I will be moving out soon hope there’s no issues with my refund back .

I resided in these apartments from January 2009 to May 2014, prior to their transformation into the Bridges on Tropicana. On 12/1/2026, I decided to show my wife the two-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse unit as a potential place to relocate back to the valley. So we went to the apartments for a tour, and as soon as we got to the front door, we noticed something seemed off. We were told that the unit we were viewing had already been rented out, so I suspected this unit to be immaculate for viewing. We walked in, and the first thing you notice is that the floors were incredibly dirty. The kitchen was dirty, and the burners on the stove had food all over them. Approaching 50 years old property. Bug and roof leaking issues are pretty bad. Whenever it’s raining outside, inside got flooding. The rent is also over charged. There are plenty two or three bedrooms apartments equal to here one bedroom apartment rent and those have better conditions.
