When I first moved in I did not receive any parking passes but they enforce towing. My vehicle kept getting towed countless times; after complaining they finally issued me a parking pass (which I feel should have been given to me on day 1). Ceiling was completely black due to mold and flooring was coming up. Also, my biggest issue is the mice. The apartment was supposed to be sealed and secured however mice kept getting into the home and I have small children. DISGUSTING!!!! Not to mention it’s almost impossible calling the leasing office and getting someone to answer or communicate back via email. If you have other options just move elsewhere. Lack of communication, maintenance half-ass fix things and other neighbors complained about roaches and rodents!!

I used to like this place; however, management is terrible now. They don't listen to your concerns. They don't return phone calls. They don't even answer the phone. I have been living here over a 1 1/2 years, and the only person who USED to act like they cared was Ayanna. Apartment upstairs from me flooded, leaving my bathroom ceiling and bedroom ceiling stained. They entered my apartment without notifying me they were coming to fix, bleached everything in my bathroom, towels, washcloths, everything that was on my sink, all had to be thrown away. The smell of bleach was so strong, that the smoke detector was screaming for over a half hour until maintenance came and took it down, only to tell me it was the carbon monoxide causing it to sound. I've lived here for the past 11 months and I am looking forward to the end of my lease next month. The attitude and professionalism of the leasing office and maintenance crew have been without a question appalling and dreadful. Months without addressing maintenance issues after multiple follow-up requests, impolite attitude when visiting the leasing office if you're a current resident, and just last week they cut off the water supply for 7 buildings without warning and blamed the City Water Department (when in reality the City had no reports about the outage whatsoever). The issue was not resolved for about 18 hours on a weekday. If you're looking for apartments around the area, trust me, there are much better options for competitive prices nearby.

Coming from a former resident: If you expect professional, timely, and productive actions from managing staff I’m sorry but you WILL NOT see that here. If you have any issues they have no problem ignoring your calls and requests for help. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the cockroaches! If you love having a few pet cockroaches at a time in your apartment you’re sure to love it here! What a warm surprise in the morning when you see one on the ceiling, really wakes you up! And again if you have any issues staying here you can always call the management but they’ll be sure to leave you hanging! I honestly commend them, it’s been 6 months now and they still have yet to answer! Good luck!
