If I could give this place zero stars I would. First when applying I should have knew not to move here. After applying and waiting I received a call saying my application was approved and the agreement will be sent via email later on. When the email was never sent , I had to reach back out to see why it was taking so long just for me to be told that I was never approved. They proceeded to give me a lame excuse that someone had the same last name and it was a mistake! Only to find out this was happening to a few other people as well. I have lived here for a year and if you are ok with chaos this place is for you. The communication and revolving door in the office is horrible ; rubbed me the wrong way with how they handled maintenance issues and the different staff every month. They will als

Horrible experience truly I have lived here since beginning of 2025 I beg you DO NOT MOVE HERE from the start I new this would be the worse experience I’ve had with apartments do not get me wrong the apartments are beautiful I paid my rent on time always and tended to my business I mostly never filed complaints or had issues and you would think I’d have no problems, that’s false. The leasing office is truly going to be the downfall of these apartments, they are unprofessional, unorganized, and don’t know how to properly handle their job. Firstly the assistant manager she is beyond disgusting and disrespectful to not just me but most tenants here she doesn’t know how to speak to people and if she has it in her mind she doesn’t like you she will do anything to bother you. There is a CONSTANT

My apartment is beautiful but the not so much the community. I’ve been here since January and it’s so run down already. I’ve seen neighbors throw trash behind our building. Tenants allow their children to be everywhere at all times of the day and night unsupervised. I’ve called about noise from my neighbors OVER 10 times. They’ve been given “warnings” but the behavior continues. Everyday I dread coming home. My daughter is woken up out of her sleep everyday for the past 6 months. Most weekends I stay the night else where. I can’t wait to move out! Such an unpleasant experience and definitely not worth it.

Really nice apartments & the new manager Aaron is really trying hard to turn things around as the last manager was horrible! Yesssss and it’s a new property. Not even a year old! Nevertheless, they are a tax credit property mixed with market rate and you can definitely tell. The lack of respect by the tenants in regards to trash, kids, lottering, etc is insane! I’ve never seen so many people who have no interest in keeping their neighborhood safe and clean ! The trash is ridiculous, there has already been multiple car break-ins as well. It’s unfortunate but I guess you can’t forget they are still off Campbleton Rd. Don’t see this property lasting long at all!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had when applying for an apartment. The lack of communication among the staff—and how that translated to my experience as a potential tenant—was absolutely horrible. I initially applied back in December. My application was not processed until January. From January through April, I was asked to come to the leasing office seven separate times—either to update paperwork (because they couldn’t access my December application) or to provide check stubs. My employer was contacted multiple times to verify employment and promptly sent all requested documents. Then on May 29, 2025, I woke up to an email that said, “Welcome to Bridges at Landrum.” You can imagine my excitement—I had been waiting nearly six months. The email included access to the resident porta
