Bridgeport Apartments

In my experience this is not a safe place to live. In my experience our family is traumatized after witnessing a homicide take place on the lawn here at Bridgeport. Residents have been requesting increased security and none was given. The entry ways are always broken so they don't latch so the claims that the entries are secure is absolutely untrue.

Bridgeport apts got bought by another company. It is now called Cottonwood Creek apts. It is gorgeous now. They are renovated all the units.Come by and check it out. Tell them Denise sent you

Horrible management. There’s been bug problems for YEARS. They leave empty apartments sitting for months so even more bugs have places to stay. The management recently stole people’s rent money and put eviction notices on doors when in reality we all paid rent, it was just stolen from us. They hire the worst/laziest people to fix things. My window has been broken for months, it won’t close all the way there’s mold, burn marks, horribly placed sealant. I have bugs coming in my window and can’t fix it because my window won’t properly seal. The website claims to have “secured doors” but the latches are always broken and don’t get properly fixed. they let the hallways and outside get NASTY. I have seen diapers, full trash bags, old cakes, puke and more in the hallways alone. This place is ghet

The last few months at Bridgeport Apts has been so encouraging. There is new staff and they are working diligently to make this a beautiful place to live. They have worked so hard to get rid of the pests using different companies until they found one that worked for this complex’s success. They have succeeded. The communication between management and tenants has improved significantly. If we have a concern it’s answered promptly. The maintenance team will now be here to fix issues the same day or at the latest the next day (the old maintenance guys were great also they just were overwhelmed). They are turning this into a community we can all be proud to live in. Thank you!

I’m in the restoration business, and in my experience it is sometimes common for apartment management to cut corners and really not care about the things that need to happen to make a clean and healthy home. Management here was different and allowed my company to fully restore, clean, and sanitize everything that needed to be. They made decisions that were thoughtful for their residents and allowed my work to be thorough .Management was also polite and professional.
