Bridgeport Apartments

We have a new team at our office and they are working to help us, the tenants especially our newest assistant manager Tiki she is the stuff~ing to our Thanksgiving dinner we are thankful for her. I appreciate our new staff.

i am a current resident all i ask is PLEASE COME FIX THE WORK ORDERS THAT I HAVE SUBMIT SINCE 2023. i mean no one is listening AT ALL.. This is getting out of hand. broken washer over one year + mold in unit COME ON NOW. REPLY TO ME PERSONALLY I AM TRYING NOT COMPLAIN BUT ITS GETTING BAD. THE NEW MGR IS OK TO TALK TO BUT STILL NOTHING IS BEING DONE BUT TOLD A HANDFUL OF LIES LIES LIES.

Don't come live here! Bridgeport is the new Cloverleaf and they don't care about you. Nobody communicates and always give you different information. They don't come fix anything in a timely manner. Toilet is flooded and they wanted me to put in a maintenance request before they come over. I happened to not be home when they came so they made me wait a whole nother day! The office wasn't closed and it was just after 4pm. But they had better things to do. The lady in there is rude as hell and always arguing with somebody! Find somewhere better to live. It just gets worse ever since Kathy left.

I guess the new manager Carmen and the rest of the staff can talk to you disrespectfully as instructed by the District Manager Melissa if she doesn't like you like they've told me. How is that leading by example... Melissa is abusing her authority because she knows her management company will uphold her in spite of her deceit. Corporate let's it slide how is this representing Weigand Omega.

Feels very uneasy when I’m there. I have to continuously watch my car outside. The management is never available to discuss any matters when you call or come to the office. When maintenance concerns arise nobody is addressing them. The office staff does not care that the building is falling apart. When problems with the maintenance of the building are brought up their exact words are they have a long list. This long list has been long for over 6 months. When do you all stop making excuses and start fixing the problems???
