Bridgeport Apartments

Very proud to say this was my first apartment. Mainly, thanks to Vanessa, she is very helpful and understanding, even when I wasn’t able to properly communicate with her she was still levelheaded and understanding even when she didn’t have to be. She helped me a lot during my stay here and she was the only one who made me feel welcome. Thank You Vanessa, I wish good things for your future.

Vanessa was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. She communicated clearly, followed through on everything she promised, and made sure I had all the information I needed. I truly appreciate her support and would highly recommend working with her.

The property Is pretty nice for where it is. Most of the residents are clean, respectful, and friendly. Carolina the leasing agent is very kind. How ever... I cant say the same for kiesha (mgr) and Vanessa (assistant mgr) I paid $400 worth of REFUNDABLE deposits, that I never got back. They claimed i didn't get it back because of the "remaining utilities" but you know what I let it go. A few months later I got a call from Cynthia the regional, saying I somehow still owed $20. She said the same thing. I never got my money back because the utilities and now for "damages" thankfully my wife recorded a video of the unit before turning in keys. Showing clearly no damages were left. So she said not to worry and erased my balance. Still never got any money back. The assistant Vanessa was going to

I would like to thank Mrs Cynthia and the Bridgeport management Ms. Melissa and team of employees for the awesome job that you did. The remodeling of our kitchen and restrooms and vanity cabinets and countertops and the resurfacing of the bathtub looks amazing. Thank you for the great job. Thank you all for all you do for us down through the years. We have been here over 12 yr and thank to the team than have kept us together. I appreciate you Elsa and Halapio for the years of service.

Very nice apartments and the office staff are very friendly. However, my car has gotten broken into twice in less than one week. Front gates are broken as well. I think it should be a priority to hire full time security at this point. The apartments are nice and the community is quiet and not much goes on here but the crime is getting too much to handle.
