extremely terrible company... ddint use them personally but my builder/seller did. Purchased a house mid last year (there was a unit a + b_, I purchased unit a and someone else purchased b. Bridgehouse made a typo and gave both my house, unit a, and unit b to my neighbor. We realized this mistake a couple months later and they assured us it was being handled. 2 months later checked back in and again found out they hadnt done anything, when approached they stated "the neighbors were out of the country", being close freinds without neighbors I confronted them and told them this was not at all true. Our bank chose Bridgehouse Title and closing went as expected apart from the fact that no one in the office was wearing masks, including the attorney who sat next to us and handled the dozens of documents before handing them to us. Despite his personal beliefs On the COVID19 pandemic it would have been more professional to put a mask on when he saw us wearing masks.

Cindy was a pleasure to work with. Explained everything to us during closing without letting us get confused. Highly recommend! Quick to respond and very professional.
