Bridgehead

I don’t have enough good things to say about Bridgehead! I’ve lived here for 15 months and wouldn’t be leaving if I weren’t moving to San Antonio. The complex is quiet, well maintained, and surrounded by absolutely gorgeous nature. The neighbors are kind and respectful, and the management team is truly wonderful. Tim, the maintenance man, is incredible- kind, genuine, and always willing to help. One time my car battery died, and he went out of his way to stop by and help me. This community feels very safe, and I’ve always felt comfortable living here. I highly recommend Bridgehead to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I lived at Bridgehead apartments for many years. The area is beautiful and quiet. I had a small one bedroom that took good care of me and my pets for many years. I rarely needed to reach out to Cynthia, the property manager but when I did she was kind. She would extend herself to address whatever was needed. I cannot say enough about the care and attention Tim gives to the Bridgehead community. I never had to wait to get help with any issue. His years of experience and knowledge are a real asset and his level of care/empathy feels like family. Another very important point especially for maintenance issues is communication and Tim is an excellent communicator. You don't always find that... I'm grateful for my time at Bridgehead and I'm grateful for Tim and Cynthia.

I have lived at Bridgehead for over 10 years, and there is no other place for me. The location is close enough to everything yet I feel like I am living a kind of out-of-town vacation lifestyle here in the hills above the river. It’s a quiet, serene, scenic environment. The apartment complex is not new but the exterior and interiors are updated, in fine shape. Tim is the long-time maintenance person here and he is friendly, responsive, and skilled.

You should run (not walk) to lease an apartment here! The location can’t be beat, sooo quiet & well maintained. The buildings & units are very well kept and even the smallest 1 bedroom floorplan is well laid out and spacious. With washer & dryer included, the price can’t be beat!! Thank you to the manager Cynthia for being the greatest help as well!

Great visit at Bridgehead! Jared, the regional manager and Tim the long time employee maintaining the property is delightful. Both all smiles and happy to help! The location is one reason to choose Bridgehead apts, I find it peaceful and love the access to the Trail with bench to view downtown. Units are clean and low monthly extra fees is a plus. Rent prices are so reasonable here.
