good place, always in calm, any problems, ms Orga always ready for everythings

We were living here for 2 years and we never had major problems in these apartments with neighbors or the manager. Ms Olga was very nice to us whenever we needed maintenance at the apartment she would take care of it ASAP

Been living here since July, loved the fact that we have gates for security. Very quiet neighborhood. I like the layout of the townhomes, the patio in the back and the front area is big enough to decorate if I want to. Leasing manager is very good at answering phone calls and attending to issues. I know the maintenance person is new and very good at resolving any issues I have.

I’ve been living here for 3 years. 2 years in a townhome and 1 in the older apartments. Where do I start? Since moving into a unit 6 months ago, we’ve always had something to deal with. Our apartment has a bad roach problem, bathrooms and closets are old and fallen apart. We have literally had AC problems since moving in. We’ve been told on several occasions that someone is coming only for them to come a day later or never at all. And when they do, the issue still isn’t fixed!! Imagine sitting in 80 degrees in your own HOME. I would not suggest living here AT ALL. Old management seemed to care more and had us dealing with a hot home for months. Great location!!! It’s good price for what you get being in the upcoming West midtown neighborhood. The leasing office however are complete CROOKS!! Over the last 5 years I have referred 3 friends to move here. Every single one of us had a bad experience with the move out. They are privately owned and want to use your full month deposit (regardless of credit ) to take care of things a apartment complex should offer before renting out again. Such as clean carpets and fresh paint. Washer & dryer connections, gas, electric and water all billed seperatley
