Bridge at Volente Apartments

I have lived here for 9 years and it's good. I've a few managers here and they all have been professional and friendly. They have always answered any questions or concerns. The maintenance dept workers are professional and friendly and they do their job efficiently in a timely manner. Overall for me the bridge of volente is good. Plus it sits back away from traffic on 620. It's in a convenient place near heb, Wendy's a couple banks and eatery .

The maintenance team here is outstanding, but unfortunately they are the only positive part of this community. Management is a constant revolving door, which leads to disorganization, poor communication, and zero accountability. Promises of renovations or repairs (like gym equipment) drag on for years without action. There are also serious problems that make daily living frustrating: • Cockroaches in the apartments that management never truly resolves. • Extra charges on bills every month, making the actual cost far higher than advertised rent. • The pool is basically unusable because management does not follow pool policies or keep it properly maintained, so it isn’t a safe or reliable amenity. I enjoy living in this community. The office staff is really friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff comes in a reasonable time. I really like the community events they put on.

The gym they have can't even be called a gym. I've lived here for 7 years and they've never fixed or replaced the equipment, which is broken and old.

This place is awesome!! Management are very professional, kind, & friendly. The property is well kept. The apartment is quiet and drauma free. Thanks Bridge at Velente for making me feel right at home.
