strongly discourage anyone—especially families—from considering this apartment complex. During my time living here, management was consistently neglectful and unresponsive to resident concerns. Communication was poor, and legitimate issues were routinely ignored or delayed without explanation. The environment itself was deeply troubling. Drug activity appeared to be widespread and openly present, creating an unsafe and unstable atmosphere. This is absolutely not a place suitable for raising children or expecting a sense of community or security. Maintenance was another major failure. Requests were either handled extremely late or not addressed at all, and when work was done, it was often rushed and poorly executed. One star and that's being Generous. When I first moved in they told me not to open the cabinet with the water heater when I asked why it was so dirty and dusty, they said "you're supposed to keep that closed, don't open it." Someone told me later on who visited my apartment that it was dangerous and it could blow up. The water makes a weird noise when I turn on the faucet. EVERY time when I showered the water goes from HOT to COLD and I have to keep adjusting the knobs. Plus the water smells kinda NASTY. I told them there was a LARGE hole above the mirror in my bathroom and they simply pulled the mirror up and over the large hole. I love staying here. The management does a great job of creating a great community. Very accessible, and easy to communicate with. All issues have always been handled quickly and adequately. I've stayed here for 5 years and it's honestly the favorite apartment complex I've stayed in. The staff, and especially Adrian are wonderful. 5 stars from this resident!!

The leasing team is not interested in keeping appointments for possible new tenants and the office looks to be empty and no one there during hours. Maintenance team simply said that the leasing team was having a meeting, but it was them that rescheduled our appointment in the first place. Not recommended.
