I recently visited Saffron while searching for a new home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. I was specifically looking for a mix of affordable rates, a welcoming community, and a quiet atmosphere, and Saffron checked every box. What truly stood out, however, was management. They were incredibly attentive, ensuring all my questions were answered and going above and beyond to meet my needs to the best of her abilities. It’s rare to find such a peaceful area paired with management that genuinely cares. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free living experience!

I am sharing my experience to warn potential residents about the management of this new property. This building is managed by the same team as the apartment next door, where I have been a resident for 15 months. My experience with this management group has been very disappointing. I successfully referred a friend who signed a 15-month lease, but the office is now refusing to honor the promised $500 referral credit simply because my move-out date is approaching. Although I fulfilled my part of the agreement while my lease was active, and the written policy never states that a resident must stay 'active' to receive an earned reward, they are using administrative timing as an excuse to withhold the payment. I recently toured this apartment community and had such a great experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and really make me feel welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the community they’re building. The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful. The interiors are modern and thoughtfully designed, with spacious layouts that make the units feel open and comfortable. Everything felt high-end and well put together, from the finishes to the overall design.
