Bridge at Ribelin Ranch Apartments

I lived here for two years, and while there were a few bright spots, the structural issues and management struggles made it a frustrating experience, especially considering the price. One major frustration was that my actual locked lease rent price was significantly higher than the rates they indicated on their website. For the price I was paying, the quality of living here simply did not match up. The buildings show their age significantly. The flooring is squeaky, the plumbing is very outdated, and the vents were overdue for a cleaning when I moved in. The biggest issue, however, was that my apartment had a persistent leaky roof that caused mold. Despite submitting dozens of maintenance requests, management’s solution was to just call someone to look at it, paint over it, and shrug. It

I have lived here for almost 17 years and am completely satisfied with all aspects of the community. Very few problems have come up during this time, and the staff has always been extremely responsive. Speaking of the staff, the current staff is excellent -- both office and maintenance. And especially Jenna Weber, the Community Manager. Location is also great. Shopping and schools nearby.

Adri from the front office staff was an absolute dream and was the highlight of my time living at Bridge at Ribelin Ranch. She went above and beyond and was super on top of things. My husband and I had to move in on a moments notice, and she was able to get us into an apartment with patience and grace with a super quick turnaround time. The complex is located next to really great nearby restaurants and stores (HEB is a 4 minute drive). You’re right smack dab in the middle of cedar park/anderson mill suburbs and Lakeway so you get a nice mix. I would recommend this place to friend!

Let me tell y’all something, I’m 49 years old. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments. I’ve literally had most of those have difficulty with management or they raise the rent way too much or something. There’s always something that’s just made the experience awful. Not at this place is the first place I’ve ever lived where I’m absolutely happy. I love my neighbors. There’s no crime we get cool amenities and the management is really nice. I can’t even think of anything to complain about. If you’re looking for a place, you should check it out. It feels like they care about people and not just the dollar.
