Bridge at Paloma

Been here 4 years. Management has changed a few times already. All have been great. Attentive and responsive. Any issues that come up usually are resolved.

I no longer live at these apt yet wanted to write about my experiences. I began living here before all the building were open and loved it. Yet once the entire apt complex was done the pool area became a nightmare. Ppl are constantly inviting more then two guest and have no consideration for nearby apt after 10pm. Around March 2025 someone attempted to break into my apt and that became the final straw. Additionally the front office staff is a hit or miss. Mackenzie the manager was always pleasant yet the staff in the front sometimes seemed bothered to help residents at any time.

Nice clean property. Excellent apartments and staff whenever you need them. All amenities are excellent. Quite and nice property to stay. No issues with any neighbors. Swift maintenance when you need it (you wont need any though)

I love these apartments they are spacious and nice just don't really like it cause they have a dog park but no playground and most of those dogs that be in gate are very angry and I couldn't even walk by the gate without that dog barking at me and trying to do everything he could to get to me I was very nervous.

My family and I would like to thank Bridge at Paloma for the welcome they gave us. We are very happy to have come to this place. Your attention, tranquility and comfort are really very valuable to us. Thank you very much.
