I'm an apartment locator for Smart City, and I wanted to come on here and give a quick shoutout to Stephanie and Robert. They add so much value to this property, and they're always going the extra mile for my clients and I. Since they've joined the team leasing here has been a breeze. A good leasing staff makes all the difference in the world, so this should be a huge green flag for any potential residents.
I’ve had a very disappointing experience living here. When I moved in, the apartment was still dirty, and maintenance issues like broken gates were never properly addressed. The property is often unkempt, with trash piling up and attracting wildlife like raccoons and vultures. I even started seeing roaches. There was an issue with a concession I was given due to a system error on their part. Instead of resolving it fairly, they expected me to pay it back months later and gave me a 30-day notice to vacate when I tried to work out a solution. Management told me I was responsible for how their computer system works, even though I always paid on my portal—which they said was just a “privilege” to use. On top of that, you pay for trash valet, but I frequently had issues with it not being pick
Went in for a touring session and was helped by Jess. Really knowledgeable about floor planning and very friendly. I look forward to finding out more about the complex and potentially moving in. Highly recommended. Staff is very helpful. UPDATE: After spending a year in the complex, I have not found my stay welcoming at all. What was a five-star review before moving in, I'm knocking it down to a one-star review after my stay. Management before my move in was far more responsive and communicated well with issues. As of now, that's not the case. Rowdy neighbors who aren't dealt with, horrible parking situations to where you have to park further from your unit (assigned parking would do this place good), traffic getting in and (especially) out of the complex is atrocious, trash thrown around
Do not rent here! Sneaky tactics they try an manipulate. signed a 12 month lease agreement 03/21/24 move out is coming up on 03/20/25. stated on our lease agreement that its 12 month lease. found a new place to live prior to move out and when to the office 02/28/25 to figure out if we can get a prorated rent for our last month here. office staff responded with you need a 60 day notice prior to move out. again on our lease agreement with the apartment complex it says that our move out is 03/20/25 stated in bold. they respond with you can move out on 03/20/25 but you have to continue paying rent for the next 60 days after you move out. Read the lease agreement and it states on there that a written notice from the apartment complex will be given. Notice was never received. Very shady practice
Jess was so helpful! She literally went through EVERYthing with us, even our specific little random questions. Was extremely accommodating and treated us like friends, instead of like a transaction. She was incredibly knowledgeable on the complex and all of the amenities. She seemed to know what we were going to say before we even did, which is so nice! Overall very friendly, I truly wish every leasing agent was even half as friendly as Jess. I have been on over 6 apartment tours this week and she was by far the best to work with.
