Bridge at Indigo

Chose this complex due to good price and amenities for the area. Very nice community - neighbors were kind and office staff are helpful. Built in 2012, my apartment had some signs of love but still great deal for what I paid. Detached garages available - I was able to charge my electric car (Model 3) in detached garage after I lowered the voltage through the app to 10/12V. Huge thumbs up for ATT Fiber and ethernet jacks throughout the apartment. Had my unit for about 6 months but did not have any issue getting my deposit back. (I broke lease due to Job change). 4.5/5 stars just because my unit was a little rough upon move in

We came here to get the property tour but the staff was preoccupied but there was somebody in the back, they recognized us yet no greetings or any words. We walked around (nice amenities) and walked out cuz the condition itself told us something. Perhaps, they can say something like give us a moment etc. anyways, the facility was nice tho.

Shula Vance was such a huge help throughout my leasing process! She was so friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the property and leasing process. Shula took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with every step of the way. What stood out the most was her patience and genuine care, she went above and beyond to make the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. I’m so grateful for all her help and would definitely recommend Shula to anyone looking for a new place!

I've had a great experience living at Indigo apartments. The units are clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that make daily living comfortable. The environment is peaceful and safe, which makes it feel like home. What really sets this place apart is the management and staff — they are extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Any maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. It’s clear they genuinely care about the residents. Overall, I’m very happy here and would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.

Very poor leasing experience. Unfortunately, management is not professional and communication with residents is lacking. The manager and assistant are often rude, and there seems to be constant staff turnover. Maintenance requests take an excessive amount of time to be addressed—sometimes over a month. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend moving here.
