Bridge at Granada

Excellent complex and good attentive in every aspect, very safe place; it has an excellent location. It's very quiet; I live on the property.

Very poor communication and extremely frustrating experience. I had a scheduled appointment on Saturday, but when I arrived, the office was closed and the appointment had been canceled without any notice. I did not receive any email, phone call, or text message informing me of the cancellation. I had been waiting over a week for a specific unit, and because of this lack of communication, that unit is now no longer available. My time was completely wasted due to their unprofessional handling of the situation. Canceling appointments without notifying clients is unacceptable. This experience showed a serious lack of respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this place based on how poorly this was handled.

Great apartments with a great team and great maintenance. There's a ton of fun events done here and they also got a really well put together gym overall this are really great quality housing

This property and staff is AMAZING! Our team stopped by and got a chance to speak with Karen; she was very welcoming and so helpful. 5 stars all the way around!!

I normally am not the one to leave reviews but I had a very unfortunate experience here when dealing with management. Every time that I had an issue, the issue was never solved. I could never actually speak to the leasing office manager and the associates proceeded to tell me that they never knew the answer to any of my questions. The apartment is nice but if you have questions about your lease or any potential issues that you have in your apartment, your issue will never be addressed right away. I would not recommend this apartment and I am happy to have move out.
