What a great experience! Our team visited this property today and had a great conversation with Makaylin in the leasing office. She was so helpful and accommodating to our team, and we couldn't be more happy with the service we received! 5-Stars!!

“We hope that in the future, you will think of us if there’s someone who might enjoy our community. We appreciate your business.“ I will not. I was charged at move out for damages I did not create. They charged me for paint touch ups on spots where a wall was cracked (probably a foundation problem) and because they decided to caulk a clean shiny tub. Also when I received inappropriate notes on my door, they did nothing more than point me toward a security guard contact number. When you live here understand that you won’t get any help, but you will get taken for anything they think they can get away with.

I’ve live at Bridge at Center Ridge Apartment complex for over 10 years, and the last two years have been the worst. My two-bedroom apartment was not properly prepared at move-in (dirty blinds, broken toilet, excessive dust), and the environment has declined with frequent disturbances in the parking lot. The constant smell of marijuana inside my apartment—especially in the bathroom—is unbearable. I’ve reported this multiple times by email and in person, provided videos as proof of loud music and fights, and yet management does nothing. Despite a no-smoking policy in the lease, staff refuse to enforce it and tell residents to call patrol instead. Good luck getting any maintenance requests fulfilled. Do not move in here. Apartments are over priced and the management is not helpful. Also! They empty the dumpsters between 4:30 and 5:00 AM every Saturday morning. So good luck trying to sleep in.

I recently moved here and I am so happy with it! I love my apartment and the property is extremely clean, quiet, and spacious! I love taking my dog for walks and to the little dog park where she can play freely. Nothing ever feels overcrowded including the pools. The office staff is very friendly and super helpful and maintenance is always quick and responsive. I also love how close I am to all the fun Austin places without being in the middle of the chaos. It’s a whole vibe here.
