I wanted to write a review and give a shout out to Loren our property manager. I'm renewing my lease only because of her. she's done a wonderful job at this property by getting the gates to finally work. I feel completely safe. she really cares about this community. I love the fact I can come to her with any problem she's always happy to help and listen. our maintenance team is so hard working and amazing. I feel safe with them being alone in my apartment. Very fast on getting things fixed. She also put EV Chargers on the property that I love and a basketball goal for the kids to play on . I feel very safe knowing she got a on site cop that handle situations if needed. I love the front office people too. They always have a smile when get my packages always smiling and happy. Lookin
I had an exceptional experience with Loren, our leasing office manager! She was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. Loren took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stand out, making it a pleasure to work with her. I highly recommend Loren for anyone looking for a smooth and friendly leasing experience!
I have lived at Bridge at Canyon Creek for nearly two years now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The property manager, Loren Winters, does an incredible job of making this feel like a true community rather than just an apartment complex. She organizes so many thoughtful events, including Food Drives, Coat / Jacket Drives, The Christmas Angel Tree, National Night Out, The Summer Bash and more to come. I especially loved the Back to School Supply Bash and the 'Plant Your Own Flower' event. It’s clear she puts a lot of heart into what she does. Beyond the events, the management is very forward-thinking. They have introduced an AI assistant named Sarah, who sends text updates whenever you submit a maintenance request, which makes the repair process so much smoother. The staff
Pros: Location Cons: Unsupervised children running around destroying the amenities you pay to enjoy. Filling the pool full of rocks, throwing furniture in the pool, biking, scootering and skating through the pool. Propping gates open leaving you to worry about little ones roaming in and drowning. Breaking picnic tables. Whipping rocks at apartment doors, windows and vehicles. The mailboxes make you want to go get a PO Box. They look like they are broken into regularly. Sauna, never worked. Despite emails stating that it’s being worked on or work is complete. Work is not complete. The sauna does not work. Maintenance. They are not coming. Figure it out yourself. By the time you’re done living here you might as well add handyman to your resume. I’ve lived here a while and can attest thi
Hello, I moved to Bridge at Canyon Creek 2 1/2 weeks ago. Amber was so kind and helpful during the application process. She made it so easy. All of the staff that I have met so far, give 110% and show that they care and want your experience living here to be the very best. This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Having a one car garage, I truly feel like I'm living in a home, not an apt. Every room has crown molding around the high ceilings, quality flooring, upgraded faucets and a whirlpool tub. Many amenities included, you won't find in most apts. Internet and valet trash pickup, just to name a few. I haven't had a chance to check out the community amenities, but they certainly provide just about anything you would look for and enjoy living in an apartment community. If you see
