I usually do not go about rating especially if it is a bad one but I have to commend Lilly for doing a great job locating my lost package. I moved in with my family recently and we’ve generally not been having issues with packages. However, there was this package that got delivered to the wrong apartment unit. Thanks to Lilly, we were able to locate the package before it was too late.

I have been a resident at this apartment for 15 months and have always been in good standing. Recently, I successfully referred a friend who signed a 15-month lease. However, management is now refusing to honor the promised $500 referral credit simply because my move-out date is approaching. The written policy states the credit is issued 30 days post-move-in, but it never mentions that the referring resident must stay 'active' to receive it. I have already fulfilled my part of the deal, and the apartment has secured a long-term tenant because of my recommendation. What makes this even more unfair is that management pays referral commissions to outside realtors/brokers without issue. Yet, they are choosing to withhold an earned incentive from a loyal, long-term resident over a minor admin

I do not recommend renting here to anyone. This was our worst apartment rental experience. The one-bedroom apartments are very narrow and have low ceilings. The soundproofing is terrible — our neighbors had their hallway right behind our bedroom wall, and we could hear all their conversations and movies. The pool is often dirty, and the lounge chairs are extremely uncomfortable (especially for lying on your stomach). When we moved out, we left the apartment in very clean condition: we vacuumed the carpet every 2–3 days during the year because of the dusty ventilation. We never had any pets. However, the management deducted $162 from our deposit for “carpet cleaning,” which we were never informed about. The manager couldn’t provide any photos or proof that this cleaning was actually done. T

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been living here for almost two years, and my experience has been wonderful. The service is excellent; they always take care of any request or issue quickly and efficiently. All the staff are very kind and attentive, which really makes you feel comfortable. The complex is always up to date with maintenance, very clean, and well taken care of. In addition, it’s a very peaceful place to live, which I truly value. Without a doubt, a 100% recommended place to live.

I would express that moving here is the best decision I made the Reception of my concerns about all the protocols the deposit and payments was very clear and friendly by Mr. Gabriel also empathic with the date of moving in all the process to bring my thinks to the apartament by my schedule, I’m so happy to be part of the community was a dream that come true, just ask the questions and they will sell you the best solution for your family….
