Bridge 17 Apartments

Loved it the first year we lived there, but once the main office people left the apartment went downhill. Maintenance never came when a request was put in, took almost our whole year living there for them to fix the problem. No matter if you pay the deposit they charge you for the carpet once moved out for just having a pet even with no damages. They never fixed damages from past renters. Would not recommend for the price they charge.

I want to thank SAM and the maintenance team for fixing the plumbing issue in my apartment! It had been a rough 3 months of loud noises! The downfall with the apartment is that I can hear EVERYTHING my neighbors do. The walls are NOT as thick as they say!! I work from home and loud music played and heavy feet above me all day long, very bothersome. Refrigerator went out on me 6 months after moving in. I had to put my stuff on the balcony during winter time to keep it cold for two days until refrigerator replaced. Like many other apartment complexes multiple cars have been broken into. No cameras other than those who live here and put them up! It’s very noisy being so close to Bridge Rd but I figured so before moving in. The staff has been very cooperative so I’m not sure what is going on.B

More Cars here have been broken into yet again!! The office makes it sound like they care and “they’re doing everything they can” but more cameras have not been put up. No one patrolling the parking lots. nothing. We get told to “keep your doors locked” but they break the windows!!! i guess if you don’t want to replace a window every couple months, just leave your car unlocked!! Very frustrating. edit to add: They do have garages available to rent as well for $125 a month, however some peoples cars do not fit in them. so there’s really no “guaranteed protection” for your property. With rent as high as it is now a days you’d think we would have a bit more security.

I have been a resident of Bridge 17 for a year and my experience has been the best. The management staff has been professional at all time. Their biggest attribute is managing the property efficiently and effectively. Whenever there are opportunities on the property, the Staff handles it in a timely manner where the living experience is not effected. Also the communication is on point that you are notified in a timely manner where there are no surprises. Bridge 17 will be my place of residence until I leave this area. Keep up the Great Work!!

Absolutely the best experience! Vickie and Virginia were amazing, helping me every step of the way when applying to get in and when it was time for me to leave. They made me feel like family and always had different activities or socials to help everyone get to know each other. They were very proactive in making sure everyone enjoyed their time there and helped if there was noise violations, or anything else that might make it unpleasant. I would definitely go back! The apartment itself felt like a home and was so clean, up to date, and cozy. Cannot say enough good things about it!
