Bridford Lake Apartments

My fiancé and I just moved here two weeks ago and are loving our new apartment! Great prices and sweet property managers. Sierra, Samiyah, and Justin have been very helpful with answering all our questions! We did have a few maintenance electrical issues when we first moved in but the maintenance staff was quick to act and fix our issues! So far, we LOVE it here!

So far we absolutely love it here! It feels like home. Peaceful, quiet, and well laid out design of the apartment and it was super clean and fresh when we moved in. Great paths to walk the dogs. Valet trash is a great service. My fam enjoys the pool, gym, and other amenities. The gated front porch is nice if you have pets. And we have not heard our neighbors at all. Maintenance has been responsive to any request we’ve had. And they’re also really nice guys. There are only two reasons my review isn’t a full five stars right now. 1) Because the landscaping in front of the property looks nice, but as you move toward the back the grass is dying and unkept and there hasn’t been anything done to the beds and shrubs. We have lived here since May and I honestly don’t have any issues with anything. The application process was easy. We love our apartment. The property manager and the office staff are great. The maintenance guys are friendly and respond promptly to requests. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part and the lake is beautiful! I recommend Bridford Lakes to all my friends and coworkers. Very happy here!

The level of disrespect I experienced from the office staff was completely uncalled for. Instead of handling the situation with basic professionalism or empathy, I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive way. There’s no reason any resident should be treated like that, especially when approaching the office calmly and respectfully. Kindness and communication cost nothing, yet they make all the difference in how a community feels. The lack of respect here says a lot about how management views its residents.

I have had a great experience with this property in the past but the level of quality has downgraded. I have been here since 2023 and this year I am truly disappointed on the work and communication that has happened for the past few weeks. The hvac was leaking and maintenance sprayed white paint over it and I asked if it could get a touch up so maintenance proceeded to do this to my wall. The only response I got for this is “ we no longer use the paint you have in your unit and we will order the paint that matches” this was after I complained about this. I am truly disappointed and they also left my bathroom by my shower hose tacky.
