Brickyard Apartments

Maintenance is a top priority at Brickyard apartments but so are the tenants. Last week when it was time to spray for critters and change furnace filters, an employee noticed Amazon packages outside my door and took the time to put those in my entry way! Thank you so much for taking the extra minute to put those inside while I was gone for the day. The extra mile that management and employees do is worth it!

Safety is an ongoing issue. Owners are aware but not a lot being done to fix issues. Cars getting stolen, cops having to come out every single day, gunshots. Just avoid plenty of better places in Blono for the price

Been living here for 2 years now and just signed up for my 3rd. This is by far the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. Staff are friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. Maintenance is quick and competent. It's in a decently safe area. It's fairly priced if you compare it to today's market economy and other apartments. It's close to Aldi, CVS, Jewel, and to local/chain food spots/bars, and a hotel. The contract reads fairly - trust me, I've read Young America Realty (they are the worst in town). Brickyard is great!

Love Brickyard it’s been a wonderful place to call home for 4 years. Staff is amazing, amenities are wonderful and it is very pet friendly.

We have lived at Brickyard Apartments for a few months now and have had no issues. The staff is very attentive and anytime we have needed anything fixed or replaced it was taken care of either the same day or next. They have great amenities including pool, clubhouse, 24-hour gym, car wash, etc. We are happy to call Brickyard our home!
