Brickless Developer Group Corp

Purchased a home with permits by this organization (Brickless Developers Group Corp) and EG2 Homes LLC. (General Contractor) only to find SUBSTANTIAL construction defects (I.e. complete re-roof needed within first 2 years of home being constructed). Please exercise extreme caution with any structure that has this organizations’ name attached to it or any of the permits. Currently processing Chapter 558 notices, licensing complaints, and dealing with attorney(s), escalating the issue(s) to the highest possible entity.

Ángeles from warranty and Viviana Lopez are very rude. They damaged one of my blinds and are not willing to replace it. I demand my blind to be replaced and all my plumbing and MOLD issues to be resolved. This mold issues are causing me and my family health problems ... there is nobody to talk to and the only person available in warranty Dept is called Angeles who is rude and unresponsive. There are no managers to talk to and poor customer service. Developer should hire competent individuals instead of hiring unprofessional people who are not good dealing with warranty and complaints. I am seeking for fully resolution of all my complaints I would give a minus 100 star if Google had it

Do not do business with them, make sure you research this company and I9Tecc who appear to be the umbrella company over this one. BBB complaints all show they fail to deliver the homes you purchase and repeatedly lie about job start dates (there was one where the person waited over a year and the construction had not started even though they were told it was happening). I personally cancelled my reservation and they kept pushing out when I would get my refund until I filed a BBB complaint and they finally issued it. BBB's show they did the same to others for an even longer period of time, mine took 6 weeks and again I filed a complaint with every agency.

After reading all these reviews makes me worry now. I had no hurry in the construction, now it seems this will be a forever project. Going to my attorney now to see what are my legal options here. I was given a phone a month ago telling me that they are going to delay the project sue to other projects they need to get done. so basically I am funding their other projects. As an investor this is not good. This is regarding Aurora at the Grand Palms.

Everyone that left a review with a great experience just made a deposit. Wait 2 years from now when they tell you they still waiting on permits. I have asked for my deposit back $15,000 and nothing yet. They don't reply to emails or phone calls. Don't buy from them. You will regret. Save the headache
