We are building a Tyler 2 floor plan at Brick Chimney Landing right now and have had such a positive experience with the team. Shona is such a delight and easy to work with! It's going to be a nice cookie cutter housing project, but they should have started it by setting up city water. The well water in this area is real bad (rust and sulfur). If I was going to sign up for a 1/4 million dollar house the water better be the best possible just saying.
These are extremely well built homes with lots of attention to detail. The workmanship is comparable to much more expensive homes. Location is great, too! Easy access to I-40 and Wilmington.
