Glenn is a thorough home inspector with attention to detail one needs when purchasing a home. Due to his extreme proficiency he brought to light issues I never would have known had I not had an inspection done, as well as down to the littlest minuet details were provided in his report which left no questions afterwards. Glenn was very courteous, likable and professional and he did a very thorough job inspecting our home. Even though our home was brand new and had never been lived in, Glenn found numerous defects and problems that we would likely never have found until it was too late. We were able to use Glenn's inspection report to get the builder to make all the necessary repairs that we might otherwise have had to repair ourselves down the road.
