Incredibly well designed space for personal lifestyle and community! Each of the units include thoughtfully designed storage space. The clean lines and open floor space allow for versatility to design a home that suits your own lifestyle. I love the community feel of doing life together here! They have intentionally brought the opportunity for a balanced life to each resident.

Best apartment complex in Bentonville! Great location that provides instant access to world class trails, gravel riding and greenway. Very dog friendly and is a great neighborhood for taking walks. I enjoyed the three years I spent living at Brick Avenue Lofts. The property manager Gabe is a Saint, his team is willing to go above and beyond for residents.

Poorly run. The pool is full of people that do not live on the property. All the trash cans around the buildings are always full and overflowing with dog poop bags. There is also dog poop all over the premises where neighbors do not pick up after their dogs. The fountain in the main courtyard has been broken for a year. Its a mosquito breading ground. But the pool is nice.

Brick Avenue Lofts is an amazing place to live! The location is perfect, close to everything in Bentonville, and the modern design of the apartments is stunning. The management team is super friendly and responsive, and the amenities like the pool and fitness center are top-notch. I've had a wonderful experience living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish home. Five stars all the way!

Brick Avenue Lofts is an incredible place to live. Here are a few things I love about this place: They have special events (Pool parties, happy hours, volleyball) for the residents that create opportunity to meet your neighbors. They have a great community garden you can pick through during the summer that is really well done. The staff here are very friendly. Brick Ave gets it right on so many levels, If you're new to the area and looking for a friendly community to be apart of, consider Brick!
