If I could give zero stars, I would. This property management company is completely untrustworthy and unethical. They fraudulently kept my security deposit for normal wear and tear, which is against the law in most cases. Once we vacated the property, they stopped answering our calls and emails, making it impossible to address any concerns. They also set up numerous obstacles and barriers to keep your money, creating a frustrating and unfair experience. I strongly advise anyone dealing with them to document EVERYTHING—from move-in to move-out—because you cannot trust them to act in good faith. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs.

I have been renting through Bric for the past three years and have had a great experience with them, as a tenant. The staff has always been very responsive, professional, and friendly, and they have been excellent at communicating necessary information on a timely manner. Anytime I had a maintenance request, their technician’s response time was very quick and the work was always efficient. Their online portal made making rent payments, maintenance requests, and other communication with Bric staff, seamless and easy! As a responsible tenant, I felt my needs were always met with Bric in return! I would recommend renting through them any day of the week! My personal experience was great!

I have rented 6 homes in my adult life, and BRIC was the worst experience I had by far. We rented a house from them in Orlando for 2 years. Several requests for maintenance were denied. We had a leak in the roof (in a new construction house!) which they never fixed. Upon moving out, they have an EXTENSIVE 3-page checklist that the tenants must complete, including professional house cleaning (with a 47-point list of items to address), professional carpet cleaning, power washing, and re-mulching planters. I have never been required to do this much maintenance of a rental home. The cleaning company I hired said that the list was unlike anything they had ever seen. We took great care to address every item, and STILL did not receive our full deposit back. I wrote and mailed a letter to dispute
