Notice all the 5 star reviews are for TOURS! Anyone who actually lived here would rank 0 if possible. Management/maintenance was awful. Random fees everywhere and inflated utility charges. DO NOT RENT HERE

Hunter gave me a fantastic virtual tour. Very professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered all my questions clearly and thoroughly, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. I felt well-informed and supported the entire time. Highly recommend working with him!

Just finishing up my 12 month lease here and I absolutely do not recommend. Although the staff is nice, they will hit you with random fees, and possible late fees without prior notice. Before getting our dogs DNA tested with their system, our neighbors would refuse to pick up the waste their dogs left. Leaving me to do it for them. After emailing RPM 4-6 times about it, the issue never was settled. But of course, now that they can charge anywhere from 100-800$ in dog waste fees, they will take care of the issue now in an instant. The maintenance here is also extremely slow. I put in a maintenance request when I first moved in as the construction team had left scuffs on the floor, and it took maintenance 4 months to come and fix that. Not to mention when my blinds broke, leaving them stuck
