The property was phenomenal! Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our showing this month, especially with the help of Elrody. We’ve been on the hunt for an apartment for a while now and Mr. Martin was very patient with us. His hospitality was exceptional and we appreciated him answering all of the questions we had. He paid attention to detail and it was just an overall great showing. I would definitely recommend this complex to others & If you are looking to move here make sure you ask for Mr.Martin!

This review is long overdue. My wife and I moved to Maryland in December 2024, and after a poor experience at Spark Waldorf, we were searching for a new home that was budget-friendly, dog-friendly, and genuinely welcoming. We found exactly that at Briarwood Place. However, we might have overlooked this community if it weren’t for Anissa Wills. Her sparkling personality, combined with her exceptional professionalism and customer service, made our transition from Waldorf to Laurel an incomparable experience. Anissa was incredibly patient, showing us the complex at least three times. She was highly knowledgeable and answered every question we had—even taking the time to research and follow up on the few things she wasn't 100% sure about. We couldn’t be happier with our choice!
