Briarwood Meadows

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I lived here when I was a child with my mom and grandma prior to her buying a house. So when looking to move out into a place of my own, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. Andrea and the rest of the staff have been so accommodating. I have upgraded to a two bedroom since and could not be happier. The grounds are beautiful, and when my in-laws come to visit they literally comment on how it feels like a resort. My husband and I are so happy to live here, and if you are looking for a place to call home, this is it.

We lived at Briarwood for almost two years before buying our first house, and I absolutely loved it here. Our unit was completely renovated before we moved in, so everything was brand new and clean. The units are a great size and have a good amount of storage space. You can hear everything going on the hallway, but other than that, it’s extremely quiet. We hardly ever heard our upstairs neighbor and never heard the neighbor to the side of us. Every unit has a balcony which is a great feature. The grounds are so well kept, and snow is always plowed and shoveled early. There’s more than enough parking for every resident, indoor and outdoor pool, and a full gym. I really have no complaints. This is a great place to live for a great price.

I have lived here for a year now, and I have enjoyed living here. So much that I am renewing my lease for another year. The apartments are a good size, the grounds are well kept, and for the most part it is quiet. Some downsides are that for anyone coming over, be it your friends or delivery, it can be confusing to find your way around. No pets, to my knowledge as this was told to me when i signed my lease, are allowed. Overall, this place is a great place to live and the rent is not bad either.
