Briarwood at Central Park Apartments

I have lived here for a little over a month. Staff is always Polite and professional, Jose the maintenance guy was sent here right after I created a maintenance ticket. He also very polite and professional. The grounds are well maintained. Very happy here. Love My studio ♡

We just moved in for a week. I feel regret already. Today somebody took my parking. I called office 3 times. The last time, they let me call the local police. They said the park is not relate to them. What a Ridiculous management.such waste my money to living here

We recently had some issues in our apartment and Jose came to our rescue as always. He is extremely professional, prompt, and efficient in fixing everything. Bed bugs found in my apartment and new manager has no plan to treat them. Obviously, my kids and family is suffering. Not getting enough for the price we are paying. We were told that Beg Bugs came from our travel to India August 2016 June 6, I read a review about another tenant regarding bed bugs and trash. I totally agree with him. There are more reviews. For last two weeks walking closet is only cement, no carpet. Yesterday, they promise to come at 9am, to take care of it. At 1115 we inquire about carpet and we were told that someone will come on Thursday. REALLY We have no A/C for last three weeks. We have been very patient for last 4 years , Evidently, we have compromised with lot of things by leaving in said condition. Are we getting what we are paying ?????? I am not sure if H
