Briarcrest Gardens Apartments

I really enjoyed my time living in Briarcrest, specifically the townhomes. Certainly outdated, but it’s the kind of charm I loved! The pool is beautiful, the location ideal, and the renovations so far look great! Brittany and Cole were always wonderful to speak to as well. Only suggestion I would give is keeping a level of affordability for the tenants (that’s ultimately why I moved). I know the renovations are extensive, but I don’t know too many people willing to rent for rates between $1800-2200 (townhome rates). Otherwise, I loved living here!

If I could leave negative stars I would. We're to start. I was going to move in here in March. Did all the paperwork and was given a move in date. The date I wanted for April 6th was not available so I was told they would only hold until March 20th so I took it and moved around my schedule. Then a week later after I paid the deposit they call me telling me they messed up the date and I can not move in till March 31st. After I had scheduled movers and cleaning of my current address. To move it to that date would cost me an extra 3000.00 dollars. They said sorry nothing we can do. Refused to come up with any other solution other than giving me my money back and ending the contract. Glad I dodged a bullet. Management and leasing agents are impossible to work with and completely incompetent

Worst apartment complex ever! I have lived here for 5 years and it just keeps getting worse (even in the midst of “ongoing renovations”). If you move here, be prepared for ongoing weekly water shut offs that last all day (and you usually just notified the night before) multiple flat tires in your car due to the construction, and a management that could care less about their tenants. Beware and avoid this place!

I wouldn’t even give them one star if a zero-star option existed. I lived there for almost five years (not continuously), and by the end, the experience was just bad. It’s clear they lack understanding on some key issues, and you’re told to contact their head office, yet no contact information for the head office exists. The only number available is for the local office, and their only response is that they ‘can’t do or say anything.’ Honestly, the price is their only real advantage. Beyond that, it’s the WORST.

Management is much better! I’ve been speaking with Adam (he leased to us) and Cole. They helped us out a ton and made it so we could move in earlier than anticipated. Also, they make sure to listen to our requests and have been very accommodating and understanding!
