roach infested. nothing seems to work. trying to move out of this place but so much damages to fix. Through the walk-in everything seemed alright. Complained about the AC not working but they never fixed it. Dishwasher was broken even before i moved in. kitchen counter was crooked even through the walk-in but they never fixed it since then. I hope they can be well aware of their repairs next time they put it up for rent.This whole place needs real good renovation. The electricity is so stell i cant plug in various appliances due to the outlets. Nothing seems to work around here. Cant wait to move outta this place. New management but nothing seems to change here.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Our AC has been out for two months & we have only been here 3 !!! They are not prioritizing my situation.. it has been in the triple digits & i have a newborn in the home! I am frustrated! There hasn’t been any help concerning the matter or health of my 7 week old son! DO NOT RENT HERE!!

Refrigerator keeps breaking, twice in a matter of a few weeks. Electrical is a huge problem in these places, everything is wired wrong.the insulation is horrible and our front door has a large draft coming from it in the winter, as well as our windows- get ready for a major heating bill in the winter. There has been 3 shootings since we moved in January 2016. It's not a safe place to live at all. The rent is incredibly too high, yet another new company owns it and this one said there will be rent increases so none of them will be for under $900 which doesn't make sense to me because this place is awful. How could any company charge so much for such small, dated and poorly built and non renevated apartments. Update- the dishwasher has now broken and we told matinence yesterday but I guess

When I lived there years ago I showed the renter pictures of our two cats. One day he was walking in the backyards of the apartments, got angry, took a picture of our two cats and said we had to pay more. Even though we did the paperwork before we rented an apartment and told him and the secretary that we had TWO cats. They accepted and near the end he got angry and threw a fit because we wouldn't pay more.

They don’t even deserve one star. Highly over priced. The pool opened for about a week and anybody and everybody used it besides it’s tennants. They then closed it because they couldn’t keep it clean. The place is infested with roaches and thankfully I’ve only ever had one (still called to have them come spray and they never did) the parking lots are full of trash and stray cats. They don’t fix anything the way they should. The apartment we were told we were getting looks far different then the one we actually got. There are NO screens on any of the windows(hazardous). People have broken into all of the apartments around us. They try to screw you at the end of your lease so that you are forced to stay month to month.
