He was the seller's agent and we were impressed by his professionalism so years later when we decided to sell the house we hired Brett to be our agent. Brett impressed us with his knowledge of the local market and his strategy of selling the house. We met Brett as the Property Manager for a home we were renting. He was always incredibly responsive and proactive about dealing with any issues. Brett is a great realtor and his clients come first I know this from experience when he sold my first house and agreed to a request of the buyer to help in selling the house. Much later I called about house and he told me that we were in a much better location, we might be under estimating the amount of work needed and his recommendation was to stay where we currently live.
